Gowanus Open Studios 2017 will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 21 & 22, 2017, in Brooklyn, NY.
Started in 1997 by a small group of artists, this Open Studios event has grown to over 300 artists with studios from Bergen Street to 18th Street, and from Court Street to 5th Avenue. Today, the tour is run by an equally committed group of artists, Arts Gowanus, now with 501(c)(3) non-profit organization status.
Arts Gowanus cultivates supportive artist-to-artist relationships through monthly networking and business meetings, a workshop series, and artistic collaborations.
